Reports to: Director of Sales
FLSA Classification: Salary/Exempt
Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Expands sales through maintaining existing customers, prospecting and enlisting new customers. Formulates a sales plan to enable the execution of sales and support marketing strategies. Develops sales forecast and achieve defined sales goals.
As with all salaried position, work hours may vary based on operational demands and may require occasional work extends beyond a normal work day or work week.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment
This is primarily a sedentary office classification and employee works in an office environment with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no exposure to hazardous physical substances.
Finger dexterity is needed to grasp, hold and manipulate objects. Physical requirements include travel by airplane, automobile, bending, walking, stooping, pulling, and pushing.
Employee works in a production environment with moderate noise levels, controlled temperature conditions and no exposure to hazardous physical substances. Open space, well-ventilated, normal working temperature around 70 degrees
Physical requirements (based on 8 hour shift). Employees may work daily overtime and some Saturdays may be required to satisfy operational standards and productivity demand.
